Cost per square foot comes down while the total goes up, and past a certain size the preparation is most of the bill rather than the coating. Phasing across two seasons is a real option on a big shop, and we will lay that out rather than handing you the whole floor as one number.
What gets spilled matters more here than anywhere
Diesel, hydraulic fluid and agricultural chemicals are harder on a coating than anything in a residential garage, and chemical exposure drives resin selection directly. Give us the honest list — the things that actually get spilled, not the things that are supposed to be in there.
The reason most people out here actually call
It is not appearance and it is not salt. A bare, ageing concrete floor sheds fine dust continuously, and that dust ends up in the tools, in the machinery, and on whatever is being finished or repaired. Sealing the floor stops it at source. For a working shop that is usually the argument that decides it.
