What we actually do
Seven distinct jobs. Most people arrive wanting the first one, and a meaningful share of them need the third or the sixth first — because a coating over an unprepared or failing slab is money spent twice.

Garage floors
The core job. One-day polyaspartic in a two-car bay, installed in weather that would stop an epoxy crew for the season.

Polyaspartic
One-day cure, installs down to about −20°C slab temperature, and it does not amber in sunlight. The default system for an unheated bay here.

Grinding & prep
Diamond grinding to a measured profile, with the moisture test that decides whether a coating should go down at all.

Basement floors
Finished basements, rec rooms, laundry and mudrooms. The one application where the moisture test decides the whole project.

Commercial & shop
Workshops, service bays, breweries, kitchens and warehouses. Scheduled around your shutdown, not ours.

Repair & resurfacing
Salt-spalled and pitted slabs brought back to a coatable surface — or an honest answer that it is past that.

New builds & chalets
Coat it before the first winter and you never fight salt damage. But not before the slab is 28 days old — and we will not.

Talk to a Collingwood floor coating contractor
Tell us the size of the bay, roughly when the slab was poured, and whether the building is heated. That is usually enough for a realistic range over the phone — and enough for us to say if you are in the small group of floors where the honest answer is to fix the water before spending anything on a coating.
