What we actually do
Most people arrive wanting the coating, and a meaningful share of them need the grinding or the resurfacing first — because a coating over an unprepared or failing slab is money spent twice.

Garage floors
The core job. A two-car bay, ground and moisture tested, with the product chosen off the slab reading rather than the season.

Fast return to service, no ambering in a sunlit bay, and a minimum slab temperature we quote off the data sheet rather than off the category.

Grinding & prep
Diamond grinding to a measured profile, plus the moisture test that decides whether a coating should go down on your floor at all.

Basement floors
Finished basements, rec rooms, laundry and mudrooms. The one application where the moisture test decides the whole project.

Repair & resurfacing
Salt-spalled and pitted slabs brought back to a coatable surface — or an honest answer that it is past that.

New builds & chalets
Coat it before the first winter and you never fight salt damage. But not before the slab is 28 days old — and we will not.

Concrete sealing
Driveways, walkways, patios and pool decks. Penetrating sealer, not a film — because a film on an exterior slab here fails in two winters.
$1.25–$2.60 / sq ft By slab condition and sealer type; wash and repair quoted separately

Tell us the size of the bay, roughly when the slab was poured, and whether the building is heated. That is usually enough for a realistic range over the phone — and enough for us to say if you are in the small group of floors where the honest answer is to fix the water before spending anything on a coating.
