Start with your floor

Three questions, then how to reach you. It takes about a minute, and it gets you a range rather than a request for a phone call. The phone still works if you would rather talk.

What is your floor actually doing?
A few details

How big is the floor?

Roughly when was the slab poured?

Is the building heated?

Cracking, pitting, a previous coating, or a corner that stays damp. Optional, and photographs can follow by email.

How to reach you

A phone number or an email address — one is enough. We use it to answer this enquiry and nothing else.

Or call (249) 499-0859. Mon–Sat 7am–6pm

What we will not do to you

Three promises, and every one of them costs us something

A free quote is not a promise. Everybody offers one and it commits nobody to anything. These are the things we have to do whether or not the job is worth our while.

The moisture question comes before the money

Whether your slab can take a coating at all gets settled before any number is treated as real.

A quote given without an on-site moisture reading is a guess about the most expensive thing that can go wrong. Insist on the reading — from us or anyone — written down, with the method on it. The number is the same whoever acts on it.

We will tell you when a slab is past coating

If the water has to be fixed first, or the concrete is beyond a coating, you hear it before you spend anything.

A slab poured less than 28 days ago does not get coated here, whatever your build calendar says. Neither does one with standing water on it after a thaw. Those are the two jobs a coating company most wants to take and most regrets taking.

Every enquiry gets an answer within one business day

Including the ones we turn down. Nobody is left waiting a week to find out we do not do that kind of floor.

If the answer is no, it arrives with the reason and, where we know one, the name of the trade that does handle it.

None of the three mentions the coating itself. That is deliberate — the workmanship warranty is on the quote, and it is worth reading. These are what you get before you have decided anything.
