Get a quote
Every quote includes an on-site slab moisture reading in writing, and it is yours whether or not you hire us. A quote given without one is a guess.
What to have ready
- The rough dimensions of the floor, or the size of the bay in cars.
- Roughly when the slab was poured, if you know — and whether the building is newer or older than 1980.
- Whether the space is heated, and if so whether it is heated all winter or only in use.
- Photos of the floor, including any cracking, pitting or previous coating, and one of the whole space.
- Whether the floor has ever been wet from below, or whether anything stored on it has gone damp.
Tell us up front if
- The slab was poured less than 28 days ago — we will not coat it, and we would rather say so before you plan around it.
- There is an existing coating that is lifting, blistering or peeling anywhere.
- The floor has standing water on it after rain or a thaw, or the surface stays visibly damp.
- You are on a booking calendar and the install has to land in a specific week.
- The building is commercial and closing it costs you money — that changes the system we quote.
